The Family Medicine Residency Program at CentraState Medical Center accepts applications submitted only through the Electronic Residency Application System (ERAS).

The ACGME ID for our program is 1203312679.

We accept six new family medicine residents from the thousands that apply each year. Our candidates must be U.S. citizens, permanent residents, or eligible for a J-1 visa sponsored through ECFMG. They must have at least one full year of hands-on clinical rotation experience in the U.S. or Canada, with at least two letters of recommendation. Candidates must have graduated from medical school within the last five years and they must have attained passing scores on the USMLE Steps 1 and 2 or the COMLEX Level 1 and 2.

LONGITUDINAL CURRICULUM:  Each year consists of 13 blocks, each of 4 weeks duration.
